By accessing or using the M3TRIQ platform and services (the "Service") operated by M3TRIQ Sdn. Bhd. ("M3TRIQ", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Service after any changes indicates your acceptance of the modified Terms.

2. Description of Service

M3TRIQ provides a protein-ligand analysis platform powered by AI agents. The Service includes:

• Molecular docking and analysis tools
• Protein structure prediction
• Chemical database searching
• AI-assisted research workflows
• Data storage and project management

The Service is currently in Beta and may be subject to changes, updates, or discontinuation.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must:

• Receive an invitation or be approved for access
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Upload malicious code or harmful content
• Use the Service for any illegal drug development or weapons research

You retain ownership of any data, molecular structures, sequences, or other content you submit to the Service ("Your Content"). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to:

• Process Your Content to provide the Service
• Store Your Content on our systems
• Create backups for data protection purposes

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to submit Your Content and that it does not violate any third-party rights.

The Service, including its software, design, features, and documentation, is owned by M3TRIQ and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the Service
• Reverse engineer or decompile the software
• Remove any proprietary notices or labels
• Use M3TRIQ trademarks without permission

The Service integrates with third-party databases and services (such as ChEMBL, PDB, UniProt, and FooDB). Your use of data from these sources is subject to their respective terms and licenses. We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of third-party data.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE
• ACCURACY OR RELIABILITY OF ANALYSIS RESULTS
• UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION
• SECURITY OF YOUR DATA

The Service is intended for research purposes only. Results should not be used as the sole basis for any clinical, therapeutic, or commercial decisions without independent verification.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, M3TRIQ SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR RESEARCH RESULTS, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless M3TRIQ, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may retain your data for a reasonable period to comply with legal obligations.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.

13. Beta Service Terms

During the Beta period, the Service may have limited features, contain bugs, or experience downtime. We appreciate your feedback to help improve the platform. Beta access may be modified or revoked at our discretion.
